Peter Cottontail Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 jiggers heavy whipping cream (a jigger is equal to 1.5 ounces)
- 1 ½ jigger Cream de Cacao
- 1 ½ jigger whipped cream vodka
- Squeeze of bottled cream of coconut
- Splash of Mint (Peppermint Schnapps or Peppermint Twist vodka)
- For the glass:
- marshmallow fluff
- shreadded coconut
Instructions
Pour all ingredients into a shaker and mix, or use a whisk, or add to a handful of crushed ice and blend. I keep everything in the 'fridge ready to mix.
With a butter knife, spread a thin line of marshmallow fluff along the top edge of glass, and dip the glass into a saucer with shreaded coconut.
