Peeptini – The Most Adorable Easter Cocktail Ever!

  • 1 tbsp. shredded coconut
  • 1 1/2 oz. marshmallow vodka (I subbed whipped cream vodka)
  • 1 oz. coconut cream (bottle is convenient)
  • 1 tbsp. marshmallow fluff
  • 1 oz. heavy cream
  • 1/2 oz. grenadine syrup
  • 1 Peeps chick
  • 1/2 oz. vanilla syrup, plus more for glass
  • 1 tbsp. pink sanding sugar


    Step 1 Freeze a martini glass until cold, about 15 minutes, if desired.

    Step 2 Place syrup on a shallow plate. On a separate shallow plate, mix sanding sugar and coconut. Dip rim of glass into syrup, then into sugar mixture. 

    Step 3 Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, coconut cream, fluff, cream, grenadine, and vanilla syrup. Cover and vigorously shake until outside of shaker is very frosty, about 20 seconds.

    Step 4 Strain cocktail into prepared glass. Float a Peeps chick in the drink.
